Writing to yourself and having conversation with yourself is a funny one.

It also forces me to point the mirror at myself, and look at myself, I"nwardly, for a moment.

"what is it? what is it that feels great?"

"how are you doing nowadays?"

"do you have time for what you care about?"

"hey buddy, remember to take it easy too!"

"try to shake off some stress!

"what's been on your mind lately?"

I think... by this point, I know a lot of theories for being happier, healthier.

It gives me space to slow down a little bit. To move at the speed of my heart beat, my doubts, my emotions.

But doing it is kind of a different story than saying it.
